So...Olaf Breuning is a Swedish artist that deals a lot with fetish and performance of that. Of his photographs the ones that stuck out the most to me are the series he calls the Marilyns. They are just such a strange and awesome commentary on the beauty of women and the way that beauty of women is perceived.
He also did a performance with Cynthia Rowley about fashion that I was just blown away by. They had a run way show in which they put models in plain dresses and that splattered them with paint and later sold the dresses as haute-couture. Pretty brilliant if you ask me. While this is not directly photography, the images from the performance are insanely amazing!
