Meat...I miss it at times because I still cook it for my domestic partner. I realize how much it was a part of my diet. I eat eggs instead, veggies, chicken......Somehow this will transpire into some kind of design. Jason Salvon made meat look really beautiful in his work. I'm thinking of it in that facet now.
