Ken Ku by Fabiola B.

Ken Ku

He works primarily with pinhole cameras but also uses other plastic and vintage cameras. He was first introduced to pinhole in his alternative processes class.

What he likes the most about pinhole photography is the amount of time it takes to expose an image. He uses his pinhole camera to take all sorts of photos. He likes the ones with self-portraits. He also uses the pinhole camera to take landscape photos.

The pinhole that he most often uses is his Daylab 4x5 because he loves the format. He also shoots with Holga and 120WPC. Both have yielded excellent results. His film is developed at a lab. He uses Kodak film and papers.

Pinhole photography is a way for him to spend time on his photos and practice patience when taking a photograph.
