Larson creates pinhole photographs then hand paints on top of them. Her painting creates an added dimension to her photographs. The works of art are able to be more interesting and introduce more ideas to the viewer than if the photos were just presented as they were shot. Her images take on a collage feeling with the use of the paint and added text to some of them. They are beautiful and create new ways to view old subject matters and invite the viewer to take on different perspectives.
