Sheridan O'Neal submits Tarja Trygg
Trygg creates solargraph prints through pinhole photography. Solargraphy is the photographic method for recording the paths of the Sun. She has an ongoing projects of this type all over the world. Her compositions are very interesting and compelling to see what she can capture. She is also very conscious of the movement of the image the sun is making and how that relates to the overall image. The colors that appear in the images are also very vibrant and interesting to know what colors will appear after such long exposure times. Her exposure times are around 5-7 months.
