Gerald Herbert is an Associate Press photographer. He tries to give people a view of things and places we can not see. For example, some of the most famous photographs he is known for is the photos he took of the massive BP Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill back in 2010. You can see from way up in the sky the kind of damage that's occurring and it's chilling. His photography really takes you out of the normal everyday scenes and gives us a look inside places we don't have access to.
